Each of us strives for health. If body, mind and soul, however, get out of balance, stress develops and physical and psychological symptoms start to become noticeable.
Health and sleep coaching will help your body, mind and soul to be brought back into perfect harmony. My coaching is to encourage and guide you on a journey of active self-care to better understand the symptoms of your body and to practise mindfulness for it.

And each day, it’s up to you to yank your hand back, put it on your heart and say, “No. This is what’s important.”
