Everyone of us strives for good health. We know there are several factors that affect our health.
Nutrition, exercise and movement, stress, genetics, sleep and environmental factors all play a significant role in achieving and maintaining optimal health. It is not only one or the other, it is always a combination of several factors.
Health and sleep coaching with a holistic approach
To truly understand health, we need to look beyond food. I practise a holistic approach to health, which means that I look at various areas of the body and life and how these are connected.
Weaving my expertise in the areas of sleep science, nutrition, toxic environment, and stress management with a warm intuitive approach, I support you in achieving a healthier and more vibrant way of living by helping you tune into your body, mind and emotion.

You do not need to decide now. My offer to you is a free 20-30 minute initial session, either via telephone via Skype or in person in my practice.
This free session will give you the opportunity to get to know me, my offering, my methods, and the pricing. Following this free session you will receive a questionnaire from me via e-mail, which you will fill in and bring to our first meeting. At this first personal meeting, we will discuss your concerns, your history and we will establish the goals for working together.
